Somehow I gained a pound-and-a-half this week. It seems impossible - there's no way I've eaten an extra 5,250 calories, so I can only assume I'm holding back some water. The machine told me I'd dropped 1.5 per cent bodyfat since last week, so that makes it even more bizarre. It is what it is, but it'll be interesting to see what the number is next time.
All that said, I couldn't have eaten much worse today, really, but amazingly, the calories came in pretty low, considering.

No gym - I've come down with some kind of EN or T infection and figured I'd be pushing it, so will resume with the barbells tomorrow.
