Lost six pounds this week.
Six pounds. Read that and weep, fat boys.
As I presumed last week, I must have been holding on to a fair bit of water, because as ludicrous as it was that I
gained last time, it seems unlikely I've lost a full six pounds in one week, too. I would guess I lost 2-3 last week and 3-4 this week. Overall, however, I'm now down to 183, and three pounds away.
The problem? The six-pack. There's no way I'm going to have this in three pounds' time. So, what I'm going to do is get to 180 then
revise my target. I'll get there first - moving objectives before you've reached the first one is always a mistake.
Did 30 minutes on the treadmill @ 7.0kph.
