Tuesday

Did 50 minutes of weights, skipped the row and did 15m at 7.0kph on the tread. I may continue doing the tread from now on as I don't feel the effort involved in the row burns enough calories.

I'm back to work tonight, and as it always seems to be on this day, my calorie intake is low. I feel I ate well and I'm full, so no problem, especially with some of my recent inputs.
