Ack, I've consumed way too much
alcohol in the past three days. I think on some level I was celebrating
hitting (and exceeding) my target, but it just won't do at all. I'm going to try and get in
two sessions at the gym tomorrow to make up for it, and I'm back to work tomorrow night, so I'll be giving the old liver a rest for the next few days.
The good news (for me, at least), is I finally feel - and
look -
lean. As said the abdominals aren't quite there yet - certainly not to the standard I want - but it's close.
